Goals
OG: consolidation and densification of the professionalization of young operators in the milk value chain
OS1: supporting young people in the transition to operational and sustainable micro-enterprises
OS2: Consolidation of the system for securing dairy production (farms, perimeters),
OS3: Promotion of local products

Expected results
R11: 300 young people professionalized through a community incubation mechanism,
R12: 30 start-ups financed by the involvement of at least one financial institution
R2: 6 production and processing units installed, establishment of 2 mini-farms and 4 forage areas
R3: 100 tonnes of local products per year marketed through innovative systems (use of digital tools)
